Lots of Rude & Uncomfortable Waiting

i Received a gift certificate here for my birthday. i was overly excited & couldnt wait to get pampered while sipping wine @ what was supposed to be a high end establishment... Walking in... there were 3 girls leaning against the wall staring & making me feel very AWKWARD the Lady @ the front was chatting happily in the back room while myself & others waited in line i was on time for my appointment yet had to WAIT 30 minutes to be called back. while i waited i witnessed other customers get offered wine beer etc; WHERE WAS MINE??? i do look young but the annoying profile card they made me fill out clearly stated my age. NOT one damn water, soda or friendly face came my way Once in the massage room the lady said shed give me 2 minutes to undress...15 minutes later she finally returned. 2 out of the 3 times i called & the woman on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE "Correcting" My lack of knowledge about nails & then LYING about an upgrade price....Good Thing i had an extra 20 dollars on me @ the register Needless to say i didnt have a good experience here & will NOT be Wasting my money here again or recommending this dreaded place to anyone!

My mother and I have been going to All About Me for over a year now for our ?mother/daughter? days and we have never had an issue. I love the place. The staff is always very nice. They are always very clean, in fact they have an autoclave to sanitize their instruments. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I loved everything about this spa. My facial service was wonderful and I will go back. Contrary to the other comments, the lady at the front desk was very professional...which was refreshing. I was treated very well and taken good care of. Anyone seeking affordability combined with exceptional service, go to this spa!

I bought my mom a gif card for mothers day last year..and on the back of the card it said it expires in 12 months. When i tried to use it again before the year..."the owner" stated that it was HER option that it would expire in 6 months, BUT what the HECK...I still had around $100 on the card...so wheres my money?!?!?! My mom and I were very upset. This situation still hasnt been resolved. ALSO....Everyones comments about the lady with the glasses are TRUE! She IS VERY VERY rude and discriminative. She looks down at you like "what are you doing here?" if you are from a different race or young age. I would know. SHE SHOULD BE FIRED. What kind of customer service is that???? NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMENDING THIS SPA AND WILL NEVER NEVER EVER RETURN. I HATE IT!

My wife and I went in to inquire about thier services - the dark haired woman at the desk wearing glasses claimed to not be the owner and was very rude. In addition to being a bad liar - she answered the phone while we were there and identified herself as the owner to the caller! All we really wanted to know about was what they offered and if they had gift certificates - as we walked out of the place the gal actually had the nerve to laugh at us - in front of us! Her name is Beth Akers - and the name of the business matches her attitude - ITS ALL ABOUT ME (meaning Beth)!!! I will never go back again, if you're looking for a friendly environment then steer clear of this place!!!
